Trump Will Interrupt 'Bachelorette' & Other Shows Tonight with SCOTUS Announcement
The Bachelorette fans watching the show live on the east coast tonight (July 9) will likely be upset when the show is interrupted at 9pm.
ABC and the other major networks will be cutting into tonight’s programming when President Trump goes live to announce his pick to replace retiring Supreme Court justice Anthony Kennedy.
The Bachelorette viewers can rest assured as the show will simply be “paused” and the rest of the episode will continue once the SCOTUS announcement is over. The Proposal and the rest of the night’s programming will be delayed.
West coast viewers won’t have any interruption in their viewing.
Here’s my PSA for #BachelorNation @abcnews will be cutting in at 9/8 ET/CT tonight for SCOTUS announcement. #TheBachelorette will be “paused” and seen in its entirety. Now go have a great day and I’ll see you tonight!
