David Beckham Arrives at Business Meeting for New Soccer Stadium in Miami!

David Beckham is all smiles as he greets fans rallying for him on Thursday afternoon (July 12) outside of City Hall in Miami, Flor.

The 43-year-old retired pro soccer player looked dapper in a black pin-striped suit as he and his business team arrived at a meeting to discuss building a state-of-the-art soccer complex to house his new Miami-based MLS team.

“I’m passionate about the game. I’m passionate about being successful. I’ve played professional soccer for the last 22 years,” David said during the meeting. “I could have gone to another city, but this was always my city. It’s always where I wanted to have our team.”
