Patrick Dempsey is all smiles as he arrives at the 2018 Leipzig Opera Ball on Saturday (October 13) in Leipzig, Germany.

The 52-year-old actor looked so handsome in a black tux as he stepped out for the event hosted by Porsche.

Ticket proceeds for the event are donated to the Leipzig Hilft Kindern Foundation – an institution that supports helping children in need.
