Ciara is kicking off Halloween early with a huge bash in New York City!

The 33-year-old singer teamed up with Swizz Beatz for hosting duties at the Bacardi Liberate Your Spirit Halloween Bash on Tuesday night (October 30) at Villain LLC in NYC.
