Bella Hadid and The Weeknd are taking Halloween very serious this year!

The 28-year-old entertainer and the 22-year-old model dressed up as characters from Tim Burton‘s 1988 classic film Beetlejuice as they attended Heidi Klum‘s 19th Annual Halloween Party presented by Party City and SVEDKA Vodka on Wednesday (October 31) at Lavo in New York City.

Oh, ok, so a black man can do white face, but if a white person does black face it’s a crime. I’m so sick of the hipocracy.

Beetlejuice was a ghost, that’s why he was white. Didn’t know ‘ghost’ was a race. Also, there’s no such thing as “white face” since there is no historically racist tradition associated with painting ones face white.

I’m sick of the “anything you can do I can do” argument people come up with while failing to see that white people & black people simply don’t have the same societal vantage point & experiences. Not all things are considered equal.
