Katy Perry Calls Out President Trump Over 'Heartless' Response to California Fires

Katy Perry has a message for President Donald Trump.

After the 72-year-old President took to Twitter to address the deadly wildfires in California, the 34-year-old singer voiced her opinion about how upset his response made her feel.

“There is no reason for these massive, deadly and costly forest fires in California except that forest management is so poor. Billions of dollars are given each year, with so many lives lost, all because of gross mismanagement of the forests. Remedy now, or no more Fed payments!” Trump tweeted.

Katy then took to slam the President, calling his response “heartless.”

“This is an absolutely heartless response. There aren’t even politics involved. Just good American families losing their homes as you tweet, evacuating into shelters,” Katy responded.

The fire has sadly claimed the lives of at least nine victims as hundreds of thousands of people were forced to evacuate the area.
