Elton John Postpones Orlando & Tampa Shows Due to Ear Infection

Elton John is taking some time off from his Farewell Yellow Brick Road to recover from an ear infection.

The 71-year-old entertainer canceled his show 20 minutes after the sold-out show was supposed to start on Tuesday night (November 27) at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida.

“We’re sorry to announce that due to an ear infection, Elton John is unable to perform tonight. The rescheduled Orlando date will be announced in the near future so please hold onto your tickets,” the Amway Center tweeted.

It was also announced that Elton‘s show the following night at the Amalie Arena in Tampa had also been postponed.
