Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Are Spending Their First Anniversary Apart - Find Out Why!

Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan won’t be spending their first anniversary together!

The royal couple, who got married in May of this year and are expecting their first child together this spring, will be apart on the first anniversary of their engagement.

The reason is because Harry will be wrapping up his solo two-day visit to Zambia on their engagement anniversary day (November 27), where he is the youth ambassador of the Commonwealth and president of conservation group African Parks, in order to meet with the conservation group.

Meghan remained at home and did not accompany Harry on the trip.

She is busy preparing for their move from Kensington Palace to Windsor Castle’s Frogmore Cottage in 2019, which is on the same grounds where their evening wedding party was held, and also where the couple took their engagement photos in 2017.
