Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie Reach Custody Agreement, Will Avoid Court Date

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie‘s custody battle is over after the former couple reached an agreement for the custody of their six children.

The 54-year-old actor and the 43-year-old actress, filmmaker, and humanitarian were set to go to court on December 4, but they won’t need to now that an agreement has been reached.

“A custody arrangement was agreed to weeks ago, and has been signed by both parties and the judge,” Angelina‘s attorney Samantha Bley DeJean announced on Friday (via TMZ). She added the agreement is “based on the recommendations of the child custody evaluator.”

The details of the agreement are confidential. Angelina and Brad‘s divorce details still have to be worked out and they have asked the judge to give them until June 2019 to figure that out.
