Julia Roberts Says She's 'Floating' After Learning She Inspired Meghan Markle to Act!

Julia Roberts just found out she inspired Meghan Markle to get into acting – and she’s totally on cloud nine now!

At the premiere of her new movie Ben is Back, the 51-year-old Oscar-winning actress learned that the 37-year-old Duchess of Sussex named her as one of the 10 women who “changed her life” in a Glamour profile back in 2017.

“She was the first person I saw onscreen and thought, ‘That looks like so much fun; I wanna do that,’ ” Meghan wrote about Julia. “When I was younger, someone once told me, ‘You kind of look like Julia Roberts in profile.’ It was the best compliment of all time.”

After learning this on the red carpet, Julia was beyond ecstatic saying, “It’s a great night for me! But I am just going to be floating on that all night!”

Julia also stopped by SiriusXm’s “EW Spotlight” on Tuesday (December 4) to promote her new film before she bundled up while heading to her taping on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
