Penelope Cruz and Kate Moss walk hand-in-hand while presenting at the 2018 The Fashion Awards!

The 44-year-old Everybody Knows actress and the model, also 44, teamed up for the event held in partnership with Swarovski at Royal Albert Hall on Monday (December 10) in London, England.

Penelope sparkled in a silver beaded gown, and Kate stunned in a one-shoulder emerald satin dress.

The duo presented the Isabella Blow Award for Fashion Creator to Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

FYI: Penelope is wearing Chanel with Atelier Swarovski jewelry. Kate is wearing Jimmy Choo shoes.
