Jonathan Van Ness Debuts His 6th Grade Talent Show Floor Figure Skating Routine on 'Kimmel'!

Jonathan Van Ness stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday night (December) and let Jimmy debut an embarrassing never-before-seen video from his 6th grade talent show!

“The gorgeous people of @jimmykimmellive unearthed a clip from my 6th grade interpretive dance number in my school talent show, it was a gorg first nighttime tv moment for me,” the 31-year-old Queer Eye star revealed on his Instagram.

Jonathan also praised Jimmy for exercising his First Amendment rights before the conversation moved on to Queer Eye and how he wound up on the show.

“[When] I grew up, Queer Eye was such an important conversation for me with my family,” Jonathan expressed. “It was one of the first places where I could really speak to my grandparents and have a conversation topic that was amazing gay men living their truths and having it not be like this [whispers]. It was like this proud amazing moment. So to be a part of it now was really important.”
