Mayim Bialik Gets Honest About 'Not Doing So Well' on Christmas Eve

Mayim Bialik is having a difficult time this holiday season and she bravely opened up to fans about what’s going on in her life.

The 43-year-old Big Bang Theory actress says that she recently went through a breakup and that she’s newly single this Christmas.

“The government is in a shutdown, it’s Christmas Eve day, I’m newly single and not doing so well to be quite honest,” Mayim wrote on Instagram with the below selfie.

“But the most pressing issue right now is that my cats – after 2 years together – have started a dominance war that involves urine and feces,” Mayim added. “Long story short my bed is not able to be slept in and I’m sleeping on my couch. Just keeping you updated as to my life here. Happy Erev 🎄Christmas!”
