Disney Confirms Who Jude Law is Playing in 'Captain Marvel'

It looks like Disney may have just confirmed which role Jude Law is playing in the upcoming Marvel movie Captain Marvel.

Disney posted a photo to their official Captain Marvel site of Jude and his co-star Brie Larson that read, “Jude Law as Mar-Vell, the leader of Starforce.”

According to Cinema Blend, Mar-Vell is “a Kree warrior and the first character in the Marvel Comics mythology to go by Captain Marvel,” aka the role played by Brie Larson. The site also reports that “he’s the leader of the elite Kree military team known as Starforce and has become Carol Danvers’ mentor.”
