Kylie Jenner is starting the new year with a new look!

The 21-year-old makeup mogul and reality star just debuted some icy blue locks just in time for 2019.

Kylie has previously rocked blue hair, back when she frequently changed up the color of her locks.

After keeping it toned down for a while, Kylie went back to blonde in August, just in time for her 21st birthday bash.

Now it looks like the new mom is ready to experiment again and we’ve got to say, the blue looks great!
