BLACKPINK's Jennie & EXO's Kai Split After Weeks of Dating

Jennie and Kai are no longer together.

The 23-year-old BLACKPINK member and the 25-year-old EXO member have split after months of dating, SM Entertainment confirmed in a statement on Friday (January 25).

“It is true that Kai and Jennie have recently parted ways,” the agency confirmed. The two ultimately decided to focus on their work, according to a report published prior to the agency’s official confirmation.

The two made headlines upon confirming that they were dating at the beginning of January.

BLACKPINK was recently announced as part of the upcoming 2019 Coachella Music Festival lineup. They’ve also confirmed they’re embarking on a world tour in 2019.
