The 41-year-old Patriots quarterback and the 38-year-old supermodel hit the beach with their family on Thursday afternoon (February 14) in Costa Rica.

Tom bared his fit physique going shirtless as he did some surfing while Gisele showed off her toned abs in a multi-colored bikini as she took a dip in the ocean.

The hot couple even shared a couple kisses as they hung out in the sand.

Earlier that day, Tom took to Instagram to share a super sweet Valentine’s Day message to his wife.
