Kim Kardashian Is Suing This Fashion Company for Ripping Off Her Looks

Kim Kardashian is suing Missguided USA.

After slamming fashion brands for ripping off her looks on Tuesday (February 19), the 38-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star has filed a lawsuit against the online retailer for “using her name and image without permission,” TMZ reported on Wednesday (February 20).

Kim claims in the suit that the company often recreates her looks in a matter of days, or even hours. She included side-by-side images demonstrating how the company allegedly rips off her outfits. She also claims that the company misguides customers by tagging her and including images of her in social media posts.

She is asking for damages in excess of $10 million.

More lawsuits are expected to come following Kim‘s rant against knockoff brands, according to TMZ.
