Ellen Pompeo Tells 'Kimmel' She's Not A Fan Of Medical Shows Despite Starring In 'Grey's Anatomy'

Ellen Pompeo made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday (February 28) and admitted she’s not one to watch her own medical series in her spare time.

The 49-year-old, who has played Dr. Meredith Grey for the past 14 years in Grey’s Anatomy, told Jimmy that “medical shows make me too anxious.”

Jimmy then asked Ellen how many of the 332 episodes of Grey’s Anatomy she has actually seen: “I do sometimes, not lately. [I've seen] 60 per cent [of my episodes] maybe?”

“It’s too much of me. [It's the] same reason my husband can’t watch; it’s too much, I get you all day,” Ellen joked – Watch the interview below!
