Jennifer Morrison Returning to TV for CBS Medical Drama Pilot

Jennifer Morrison has landed the leading role in an upcoming CBS pilot titled Under the Bridge.

The 39-year-old actress is no stranger to television having starred in Once Upon a Time on ABC, House on Fox, CBS’ How I Met Your Mother, and more.

According to Variety, Jennifer will play a “cardiothoracic surgeon who has managed to be ambitious without offending anyone, a skill-set one acquires as a woman. Curious, open, but never naive, Kate is forced to return to work after a self-imposed sabbatical when her husband is voted out of the medical practice they created together with their group of best friends.”

David Ajala is also set to star in the pilot.
