Presley Gerber Charged With DUI After Drunk Driving Arrest

Presley Gerber, the son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, has been charged with DUI after being arrested for drunk driving earlier in 2019, according to TMZ.

The L.A. District Attorney’s Office filed charges on Thursday (March 7) against the 19-year-old model according to the report.

Presley is charged with one count of DUI and another of driving with a blood alcohol content of .08, which are both misdemeanors.

He faces up to 6 months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted. However, a judge “will usually cut a first offender some slack” according to the report.

He was arrested for DUI after New Year’s Day (January 1) when he sped through Beverly Hills in his Tesla, and then failed a sobriety test.
