J.K. Rowling Reveals More Insight on Dumbledore & Grindelwald's Sexual Relationship, But Fans Aren't Happy

J.K. Rowling has revealed some new details about Dumbledore and Grindewald’s relationship and the information is not sitting well with fans.

The “Harry Potter” author and Fantastic Beasts screenwriter revealed that the two characters had an “intense” sexual relationship. While fans are applauding the inclusion of gay characters in the story, they are upset that Rowling did not include these details in the books or films.

“Their relationship was incredibly intense. It was passionate, and it was a love relationship,” Rowling said in a bonus feature interview on the Crimes of Grindelwald Blu-ray set. “But as happens in any relationship, gay or straight or whatever label we want to put on it, one never knows really what the other person is feeling. You can’t know, you can believe you know.”

“So I’m less interested in the sexual side – though I believe there is a sexual dimension to this relationship – than I am in the sense of the emotions they felt for each other, which ultimately is the most fascinating thing about all human relationship,” she added.

Jude Law plays Young Dumbledore in the Fantastic Beasts movies while Johnny Depp plays Grindelwald.

Haven’t read one book or seen one movie.

JK should just shut the f*ck up. No one (normal) wants nor needs to know those things. She should stop trying to write HP fanfictions and work on new stories. This is getting ridiculous

Why should she have included it in the books? Dumbledore’s sexual orientation was of no relevance in the HP books. For christ’s sake, he was Harry’s headmaster. Why would anyone want to know details on his headmaster’s sex life?! Especially as a 10 to 13 year old in the older books.

there aren’t ‘straight’ sex scenes in the books or even hints thereof so why do people think there would be gay ones?

Is there a new movement I’m not aware of? Gay-washing is a thing now?
