Kate Beckinsale & Pete Davidson Have Dinner with Her Mom & Stepdad

Pete Davidson drives out of Nobu after dinner with Kate Beckinsale on Tuesday (March 19) in Malibu, Calif.

They were joined by her mom Judy Loe, 72 and her stepfather Roy Battersby.

March 19 happens to be the 40th anniversary of the death of Richard Beckinsale, Kate‘s dad and Judy‘s late husband.

Richard, who was an actor, passed away in 1979 from a massive heart attack.

“40 years is a lot of missing. Thank you so much to everyone who has been kind. Lots of love xx #march19,” Kate wrote on her Instagram along with some photos of her father.
