Nikolaj Coster-Waldau Tells 'Kimmel' The 'Game of Thrones' Ending Will Be 'Satisfying'

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live on Tuesday (April 9) and dished all about the closure of his hit HBO series, Game of Thrones!

The 48-year-old actor – who plays Jaime Lannister – revealed that for the eighth and final season, security was so high the cast were no longer given paper scripts and instead used an app called Synchronize, which showed a brief preview of the lines before permanently deleting.

“We got the script – well first you had to download an app because of course, you can’t get paper [scripts] anymore – and the scripts came and when you finish them they would magically disappear,” Nikolaj revealed. “I disliked it.”

Jimmy then quizzed Nikolaj on whether he’s read any fan theories that are correct, to which he responded, “Some. But I’ve never read any where they got the whole thing,” Nikolaj said, without revealing any spoilers, he added the ending is “satisfying, it’s sad-isfying.”

That same evening, Nikolaj switched into a teal suit to hit the red carpet at the launch celebration of Nobleman Magazine‘s Issue #9 at Timothy Oulton Los Angeles Showroom.
