Lori Loughlin Pleads Not Guilty to All Charges in College Admissions Case

Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, have officially entered please of “not guilty” in their college admissions scandal case.

They had previously been charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud, but had an added charge of money laundering added after not accepting a plea deal. The rumored highest amount of time they could spend in jail is 20 years.

Lori and Mossimo advised the court that they were not intending to appear at a second arraignment, and filed waiver appearance forms indicating they are pleading not guilty to “each of the charges.” You can see the form at The Blast.

The couple are accused of allegedly paying $500,000 as a bribe to the University of Southern California crew coach to secure their daughters admission to the school.

Felicity Huffman, another star wrapped up in the scandal, admitted her guilt in a recent statement.
