The Amazing Race continues!

The hit show’s 31st season kicked off last Wednesday (April 17) with 11 teams beginning in California. Now, we’re down one team!

The teams includes players from The Amazing Race, Big Brother and Survivor. This season is billed as the show’s first-ever “reality showdown.” Meet all the teams, if you haven’t already!

The teams book tickets to Laos to kick off the episode.

When they arrive, their detour challenge is either to learn the Laos alphabet and take an exam or shop for ingredients and prepare meat skewers. At Elephant Village, there’s a Roadblock: one team member must ride an elephant and find a musician.

Leo and Jamal are the first to arrive at the Pit Stop. Rupert and Laura are the last to arrive, and are eliminated from the race.
