Kate Mara is celebrating!

The 36-year-old House of Cards actress was spotted celebrating the upcoming arrival of her first child with husband Jamie Bell on Saturday (April 27) in Los Angeles.

Kate was seen wearing a pretty ruffled white dress and welcoming friends and family to the event, including her sister Rooney Mara and her boyfriend Joaquin Phoenix.

Guests could be seen arriving with large gifts, as helpers brought in floral arrangements in pastel tones. One day later (April 28), Kate and Jamie were seen heading to a birthday party together.

Kate and Jamie announced that they are expecting back in January.
