Jessica Chastain & Jake Gyllenhaal's 'The Division' Film Adaptation Picked Up By Netflix

Jessica Chastain and Jake Gyllenhaal‘s upcoming flick The Division is heading to Netflix.

It was just announced that the streaming service has picked up the film, based on the super popular Ubisoft video game.

The film is set to take place in the near future when a virus is spread throughout the world via paper money on Black Friday, leading to the death of millions.

A group of civilians are tasked with saving all those who remain.

The 2016 Tom Clancy video game currently has over 20 million players and its sequel The Division 2 launched back in March.
