Farrah Fawcett's Friend Reveals Her Final Words Before Her Death

Farrah Fawcett‘s dear friend, Mela Murphy, is opening up about the late star’s final words before her death in 2009.

She was by Farrah‘s side at St. John’s Health Center in Los Angeles until her death, and revealed the details of her final moments to People.

According to Mela, Farrah was worried about her son, Redmond O’Neal.

“She was saying his name, ‘Redmond.’ That was the last thing she said,” Mela revealed.

“I told her I’d take care of him, that I’ll always be there for him. I said, ‘You can go now.’ It was just a few hours before she died.”

Farrah died of anal cancer on June 25, 2009 at age 62.
