Amanda Seyfried Apologizes to Influencer Arielle Charnas for Blasting Her Bikini Photo

Amanda Seyfried is apologizing to influencer Arielle Charnas after criticizing her bikini photo.

If you need some backstory, an unnamed friend of Amanda‘s took to Arielle‘s Instagram comments after she posted a photo of her fit body in a bikini after losing her baby weight.

“If you don’t acknowledge how your wealth made your workouts/body possible, you’re just perpetuating the patriarchal (totally unrealistic) notion that mothers should ‘bounce back’ after childbirth, an impossibility for anyone who can’t afford ample childcare (which is almost everyone in this country),” Amanda‘s friend wrote. Amanda supported the comment, but Arielle ended up blocking both of them.

Then, Amanda took to her own Instagram to continue making her point, writing, “If we’re ready to get paid for flaunting our lifestyle (and inspiring some in the meantime) we have to be open to the discussions surrounding what we’re promoting. If you know who you are- take a second to decide if what you’re throwing out there is worth it- in the big picture…INFLUENCE = POWER. And if you’re taking advantage of that – EMPOWER.”

Amanda received some backlash for her response, and posted an apology message to Arielle.

Amanda should have more than enough to worry about, what with her faltering, nearly nonexistent career. She’s stooped to starting social media fights? Pathetic. Girl, grow up.

  • FerCat

Amanda is a naturally gifted actress who frankly squandered her potential. Challenge yourself before challenging others.

You can simply leave yr ordinary 9 am to 5 pm job and start getting checks each month around 12 k $ working from home. Let’s be real, no matter where you’re doing the job from, you’re still doing exactly that: working. While working at home you might have Flexible daily schedule – you can take breaks at any moment, feel absolutely no rush to hang up on your buddies any time they contact you, and eat meal at any odd time you like, Stop thinking about crowds or heavy traffic – Absolutely no stuffing yourself into a rickety transportation tube, having people scuff your brand-new shoes, or walking behind agonizingly slow people who apparently don’t understand what a straight line is, More time with loved ones -Take proper care of a sick significant other at your home, get ready for your children earlier in the day time, get extra snuggles in with your doggo, or simply get some quiet time to yourself! This is not feminism, it’s jealousy that she thought she was going to get away with because she falsely claims its “empowerment”.

The girl looks a mess in that bikini photo. She lost too much weight for her frame..

Or she took time off to get married and have a child?? She was in a few popular movies right before. A lot of these actresses end up having sperm bank babies at age 40 because they’re so career-focused, or never get married because they missed their window. Good for her.

On Amanda’s side. This chick glorifies anorexia and needs help. She shouldn’t sell it as a “workout” when your bones are everywhere.

  • quartzoup

The skinny chick needed a dopamine hit. Maybe she had a shit day or wasn’t getting any attention from hubby. She goes on instagram, and 50k strangers give her the hook up. Sad really, but that’s how social media works. Amanda and her friend shouldn’t be scolding women like this, they need help not condemnation.

Why did she have to apologize? What’s wrong with her? Yes, these so called “influencers” are selling fake, curated reality to millions for big bucks! Yes, that photo is probably photoshopped after she paid God knows how much for lipo like Blac Chyna.

That is bordering on anorexic and is not very attractive. Females need higher bf%.
