Father of K-Pop Star Samuel Found Murdered in Mexico

Samuel Kim Arrendondo‘s father has sadly been found dead.

Jose Arrendondo, the father of the 17-year-old South Korean idol, known by his stage name of Samuel, was found dead in a home with signs of “blunt force trauma” in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, the AP reported on Wednesday (July 17).

Jose was a car dealer in Bakersfield, Calif. An investigation is still ongoing into the suspected home invasion and murder.

Samuel, who debuted as part of the duo 1Punch, lives in South Korea.
