The head of household this week was Cliff and he targeted the other side of the house by nominating Michie and Jack. The veto was won by Michie and he obviously took himself off the block.

Christie has the power to turn the veto into the Diamond Power of Veto, which allows the veto winner to name the replacement nominee. Her alliance tried to pressure her into using it, but she convinced Cliff to do their dirty work and he put Bella on the block as the replacement nominee.
