Khloe Kardashian flashes a smile as she meets up with Malika Haqq as they check out a house for sale on Thursday afternoon (August 1) in Woodland Hills, Calif.

The 35-year-old reality star went sporty in a black Dior, sleeveless shirt, black biker shorts, and sneakers as she spent the afternoon checking out the house.
