Will Arnett Celebrataes Emmy Nomination for 'Bojack Horseman'!
Will Arnett is all smiles while attending Netflix‘s Bojack Horseman special For Your Consideration screening and reception held at the Netflix Home Theater on Tuesday (August 20) in Los Angeles.
The 49-year-old voice actor and executive producer was accompanied with by creator and executive producer Raphael Bob-Waksberg at the event.
Will Arnett and Raphael celebrated Bojack Horseman‘s very first Emmy nomination for Best Animated Program for the season six episode “Free Churro.”
“In an episode back in season three he thinks he gets nominated for an Oscar and his publicist asks him, ‘How do you feel,’ and this triumphant music plays and he goes, ‘I feel…. the same.’ I think I’d be lying if I didn’t say that resonated with me a little bit,” Raphael Bob-Waksberg said of the nomination, recalling feeling disappointment because of the lack of nominations for Tuca & Bertie (which he serves as an executive producer on). “After that I remembered, ‘Oh, I’m supposed to be happy. I just got nominated for an Emmy. This is good news.’ Then I got excited.”
