Taylor Swift's 'Lover' Debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200!

Taylor Swift is back on top!

The “You Need to Calm Down” singer debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with her latest studio album Lover as of Sunday (September 1), according to the official chart company.

The album had the biggest week for any album since her own release, reputation, in 2017.

Lover moved 867,000 equivalent album units in its first week. Of those, 679,000 were album sales – the largest since reputation‘s opening figure of 1.238 million units.

Taylor is now the only woman to have six albums sell at least 500,000 copies in a single week, and this is her sixth No. 1 album. She’s also had 5 No. 1 albums this decade.
