Bella Thorne shows off some skin in a slip dress at the opening night gala of the 2019 Oldenburg International Film Festival in Germany on Wednesday evening (September 11).

The 21-year-old actress and filmmaker wore a chic gunmetal slip dress for the event, where she was joined by her musician boyfriend, Benjamin Mascolo.
