Tekashi 6ix9ine Testifies Against Nine Trey Gang in Court

Tekashi 6ix9ine has turned against his former fellow Nine Trey Bloods gang members and he has testified against them in federal court.

The rapper and Instagram star, who still had rainbow colored hair in pigtails, appeared in court on Tuesday (September 17). He told the court that he became a member of the gang in November 2017 and that he participated in violent crimes, according to TMZ.

Tekashi even identified two men, who are also on trial, as members of the gang. He said that he first became a member of the gang after meeting many Nine Trey members at his “Gummo” music video shoot in August 2017. He testified that he never had to personally shoot anyone or go through an initiation to join the gang. The gang supposedly was interested in him making hits to bankroll its activities.

Tekashi was arrested in November 2018 and was facing a minimum of 47 years in prison on racketeering charges. He cut a deal with the feds in return for his full cooperation.
