Aron Eisenberg Dead - 'Star Trek: Deep Space Nine' Actor Dies at 50

Aron Eisenberg has sadly died.

The actor, who played Nog on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, passed away at 50, his widow Malíssa Longo confirmed in a statement on Facebook on Saturday (September 21).

“There will never be another light like Aron‘s. The beauty that he was and the legacy he leaves behind is beyond words. I love him dearly and will miss him eternally. At the moment I’m not sure how to do life without him,” she wrote.

His cause of death was not revealed, although it is known he’d previously received two kidney transplants, most recently in 2015.

In addition to Star Trek, Aron also had roles in Amityville: The Evil Escapes and the The Horror Show, Playroom and Beverly Hills Brats.
