Pete Davidson Skips 'Saturday Night Live' Premiere for This Reason

If you tuned into Saturday Night Live this weekend, you may have noticed one of the cast members was missing from the show.

Pete Davidson was noticeably absent from the premiere, and we now know the reason why: he was filming James Gunn‘s Suicide Squad sequel.

James posted a photo on Instagram over the weekend of some of the Suicide Squad cast members including Margot Robbie, Jai Courtney, Steve Agee, Sean Gunn, Joel Kinnaman, Flula Borg, Nathan Fillion, Daniela Melchior, and Pete.

They are currently filming Suicide Squad 2 in Atlanta, Ga.
