James Franco Steps Out Following Lawsuit from Former Students

James Franco was spotted for the first time since former students filed a lawsuit against him.

The 41-year-old actor was seen while out and about on Friday afternoon (October 4) in New York City.

James‘ students from his former acting school Studio 4 are claiming they were sexually exploited by the actor and his partners.

The two women say that James and the defendants “engaged in widespread inappropriate and sexually charged behavior towards female students by sexualizing their power as a teacher and an employer by dangling the opportunity for roles in their projects.”
