Luke Evans Releases 'Love Is A Battlefield' - Watch the Music Video!

Luke Evans is breaking out into the music scene.

The 40-year-old actor released “Love Is A Battlefield,” the first track from his upcoming debut album At Last, on Friday (October 11).

The song is an orchestral rendition of the Pat Benatar rock classic.

“The song sums up a lot of emotions inside me. Love itself is a minefield of emotions. It’s incredibly hard to find it, and once you have it, it’s incredibly hard to keep hold of, and when you lose it, you feel like the world is breaking apart in front of you,” he said.

“We’ve stripped the song right back to basics, so you can really hear the lyrics – and I tried to put as much feeling, emotion and empathy into the song as I could. The lyrics to the songs mean something different to everyone, especially in this day and age, when some people are not allowed to love each other. For me, it’s about fighting through the pressures of love and coming out of the other end with it intact. It’s an anthem for what love is about.”
