Jameela Jamil is celebrating Halloween a week early with Spotify!

The 33-year-old The Good Place actress dressed up as Billie Eilish as she stepped out for DJ duties for Spotify’s Costume Pop-Up event on Thursday (October 24) on Mercer Street in New York City.
