'Black Summer' Renewed for Season Two on Netflix

Black Summer is coming back for another season!

It has been announced by Netflix that the zombie apocalypse thriller has been renewed for an eight-episode second season, Deadline reports.

Black Summer stars Jaime King, who will now serve as a producer for season two. The show also stars Justin Chu Cary and Christine Lee.

Production is set to begin in early 2020 in Alberta, Canada.

Here’s the show’s synopsis: In the dark, early days of a zombie apocalypse, complete strangers band together to find the strength they need to survive and get back to loved ones.
