Blackpink Becomes First KPOP Group To Hit 1 Billion Views On YouTube

Blackpink is making history and breaking records!

The KPOP girl group – Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa – have hit 1 billion views on their music video for their hit song “DDU-DU DDU-DU” on YouTube.

This achievement makes Blackpink the first KPOP group to hit the milestone.

The music video for “DDU-DU DDU-DU” was first released on June 15, 2008.

Blackpink recently won three awards at the 2019 E! People’s Choice Awards – The Group of 2019, The Music Video of 2019 for “Kill This Love”, and The Concert Tour of the Year of 2019.

Earlier this year, Blackpink made history in another way – they were the first KPOP girl group to perform at the Coachella Music Festival.
