Godfrey Gao's Cause of Death Seemingly Revealed After Untimely Passing

More details are coming to light in the shocking death of Taiwanese-Canadian actor and model Godfrey Gao.

The Mortal Instruments star passed away in the early morning hours of Wednesday (November 27) while filming a reality show in China.

Godfrey collapsed on set while participating in a physical challenge and multiple reports state that he suffered a heart attack, though this has not yet been officially confirmed.

The show Chase Me is known for pushing contestants to extreme physical limits and now people in China are expressing their issues with the television industry there. Reports say that Godfrey “suddenly fell down to the ground while running” during his guest appearance on the show.
