Lin-Manuel Miranda Secretly Wrote 'Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker' Song

Lin-Manuel Miranda secretly wrote music for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker!

The 39-year-old Hamilton composer’s secret is revealed in the end credits of the new film.

A fan tweeted on Tuesday (December 17), “Nice credit there at the end of #TheRiseOfSkywalker.”

Lin-Manuel retweeted the post and added, “NOW IT CAN BE TOLD?? @jjabrams & I wrote a lil music for a planet in #TheRiseOfSkywalker … It’s got a nice beat & you can dance to it. Can’t wait to see it this weekend!”

Lin-Manuel has also contributed music for a scene in 2015’s The Force Awakens.
