Now, Lily has been sporting a diamond on her ring finger, leading fans to wonder whether they are getting ready to tie the knot.

While Lily was most recently seen wearing the ring this week, she was also seen wearing the bling back in November.

Lily was previously married to Sam Cooper, with whom she shares two daughters. The couple divorced in 2018.

Lily and David have not yet commented on the rumors.
