Selena Gomez Left a Comment on Amy Schumer's Instagram, Then Had to Explain Herself

Selena Gomez left a comment on her friend Amy Schumer‘s Instagram post on Thursday (January 9) and then had to leave another comment to explain her intentions after people misinterpreted what she said.

Amy took to the social media app that day to ask fans for advice with IVF as she’s currently undergoing the process.

“I’m a week into IVF and feeling really run down and emotional,” Amy said.

Selena commented on the post and said, “I’m praying for you and chris. I’m sorry!”

“Let me clear that up. I said I’m sorry she’s feeling that way,” Selena quickly added. “My mom went through the same thing. It’s hard on women’s heart.”

Amy and her husband Chris Fischer welcomed their first child Gene in May 2019.
