Here's What Megyn Kelly's Husband Thought Of Charlize Theron's Portrayal Of Her in 'Bombshell'

Charlize Theron heads back to her car after stopping by a shop in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon (January 10).

The -year-old actress was holding a bag of items from Bandier, and after her first appointment was seen arriving for a meeting at the Sunset Marquis Hotel.

Just recently, Megyn Kelly‘s husband, Doug Brunt, revealed what he thought about Charlize playing his wife in Bombshell.

“Physically it was there. I thought the voice was forced, trying to get down deep. I just thought it was a little one dimensional and just didn’t capture some of your humor,” he shared during a segment on Megyn‘s NBC show. “I thought she did a nice, you know, she’s talented.”

Recently, Charlize talked about Megyn‘s own reaction to her performance.

“I think she was incredibly kind,” she shared on GMA. “I’ve always said that I have great empathy for all the women who have to watch this film because I do think that even though there is a catharsis around it. It’s also having to go back to a place and time in your life that you don’t want to be defined by. And you just maybe want to put it behind you.”
