Norma Michaels Dead - 'Modern Family' & 'King of Queens' Actress Dies at 95

Norma Michaels has sadly died.

The actress, known for her roles on shows like King of Queens and Modern Family, passed away at her home in Palm Springs, Calif. on January 11, as confirmed by a statement from a spokesperson in the Desert Sun.

She is best known for playing Josephine on King of Queens, as well as Helen on Modern Family. She also starred in Everybody Loves Raymond and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, as well as movies like Easy A, Wedding Crashers and High & Outside.

Norma had a long-lasting career that first launched on screen back in 1954, and she also appeared on shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Lizzie McGuire.
